Meet Dr. Mecham
Dr. Spencer Mecham, a Phoenix native, is thrilled to be a part of the Murphy Orthodontics team. Certified by the American Board of Orthodontics, Dr. Mecham is experienced with an extensive range of advanced orthodontic treatments, including Invisalign®, traditional braces, and many other options. He is dedicated to providing the absolute best in care and to producing results that give our patients brand-new reasons to smile!
After attending Brigham Young University, Dr. Mecham continued on to the University of Nevada – Las Vegas, where he graduated with honors. He was also inducted into the prestigious Omicron Kappa Upsilon national dental honor society. Additionally, Dr. Mecham completed advanced residency training in both Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics at the University of Colorado.

Interests and Hobbies
Dr. Mecham is pleased to serve patients in the community that he was born and raised in. Outside of the office, Dr. Mecham enjoys spending time with his wife and children. He also likes to mountain bike, play pickleball, and be an active member of his church in his free time.
